Thousand Needles 27 - 29
From Freewind(1) head south when you're on the ground and grab the Alien Egg(2). Then head northwest to "Pacify the Centaur"(3). Here you need to kill 12 Golkar Scouts, 10 Wranglers, and 6 windchasers. Then head inside Splinthoof Hold(4) for "The Sacred Flame". Kill the two centaurs guarding the fire and then right click the fire to Aquire the 
Cloven Hoof. When you're finished head east to "Test of Faith"(5). Grab the quest then jump off the mountain at the board. Turn in your quest and Ignore the followup. Return to town and refresh your quests then head to "Wanted - Arnak Grimtotem" and "Grimtotem Spying"(6). The notes are scattered are amongst the plateaus. Once you have all 3 Notes head over to Arnak(10), he's north near the RFD elites. Kill him then talk to Kaya to begin her escort. Follow her until completion, then head along the path west towards whitereach making sure to kill the Galak Messenger(11) if you see him for a Start-a-quest-item.
Once in Whitereach(12) turn in your quests, or quest if you were unable to kill the Galak Messenger. Accept the new quests then head to "Wind Rider"(13). Here you need to collect 10 eggs, and when you're done escort Pao'ka(14) out of High perch. When you complete the escort head west keeping an eye out for steelsnap(15). Kill Thundering Boulderkin for "A different approach". Upon completion return to Whitereach and turn in your quests. By this time you should of been able to kill the Galak Messanger. What you have to do for the followup is protect Kanati Greycloud from the attackers. When thats done find and kill Steelsnap then head to "A Dip in the Moonwell"(16). Use the robot controls on the ledge and make him take a sample of the moonwell.
The robot will have an ability on his pet bar that you click to take the sample. When you're done return to Whitereach post and refresh your quest.
If you're a able to solo a level 30 elite then or head north to "Hypercapacitor Gizmo"(17) and free the panther/kill him. He's a level 30 elite, but easily kiteable. Turn the quest back in when you're done to Wizlo and hearth back to Crossroads. Fly back to Freewind and turn in all of your quests. Now head over to "Sacred Fire" collect 
10 Incendia Agaves(18) then head back to town and fly to Thunderbluff, turn in "Steelsnap" and "Sacred Fire" Accept the followups and fly to Org. Hop on the Zepp to UC and fly to Tarren Mill.
