Once you reach Lights Hope Chapel, turn in the 5 sets of items you should of definietly been able to buy by now.
30 Bone Fragments
30 Core of Elements
30 Savage Fronds
30 Dark Iron Scraps
30 Crypt Fiend Parts
Once you turn all of these in grab the flightpath and turn in the other quest you have for the Duke. Then fly to Tarren mill and head northeast of TM to the Alterac Valley entrance to turn in "In Defense of Frostwolf". That should ding you 60. Congratulations! Head up to where ever you need to go and train, its much needed.
After you've trained and did whatever you needed to do head to Stonard in the Swamp of Sorrows. From Stonard head into the Blasted lands, right off the blasted lands path is a little camp of NPC's. If you were able to buy or farm;
6 Scorpok Pincers
5 Snickerfang Jowls
11 Basilisk Brains
14 Vulture Gizzards
Then Accept and turn in all of the quests. From here head south to The Dark Portal. Once you reach The Dark Portal speak with Warlord Dar'toon and accept his quest. Then head through the portal into the Outlands.
