Hemathion

Hemathion is a rare dragon that spawns in Blade's Edge Mountains. He can be found both north and south of Og'rila. Even though it is a Dragon and he has wings and all that fun stuff... He will not be flying. So you will only need to check the ground when searching for him. If you're looking for him make a macro with /target Hemathion ... Or just look for the very unique looking big ass dragon. Either one works =D

As far as waiting for him.. Feel free to farm really anything in the area. Just don't wander too far otherwise someone may get him before you. Hemathion is on roughly a 1 hour respawn timer. Every 10-15 minutes do a quick Once-over of the area checking for his spawn.
