Plants vs. Zombies is a highly acclaimed tower defense game that was released for the Nintendo DS in 2011. Developed and published by PopCap Games, the game combines strategy, humor, and addictive gameplay. In this game, players must defend their home from hordes of zombies by strategically planting various types of plants with unique abilities.

The gameplay revolves around planting different plants in strategic positions to fend off waves of zombies that approach from the right side of the screen. Each plant has a specific ability, such as shooting peas, exploding, or slowing down the zombies. Players must carefully manage their resources, which are represented by sunflowers that generate sunlight, the in-game currency used to purchase and upgrade plants.
