Zora's River Howling Stone Location & Combination

There's one Howling Stone in Zora's River for you to find and it can be obtained early on in the game when you're collecting the tears from this area or later in the game once you can transform to and from a wolf using the Shadow Crystal.

 

The Howling Stone in Zora's River is located up on a ledge over looking the Zora's River boat rental building where you get the Bomb Bag upgrades from. It's also the same place you find the Female Golden Dragonfly - if you haven't done either of those things yet you may want to while you're in the area!

As for the Howling Stone it's so easy to find that I figured I would spend time talking about other stuff! If you need help still just take a gander at my map location of the area.
