D-Pad: Move player
A button: Sprint/Turbo
B button: Jump/Tackle
L button: Switch player
R button: Spin/Power move
Start button: Pause game
Select button: Audible

 

During passing plays:

A button: Throw ball (tap for lob, hold for bullet)
B button: Switch receiver
L button: Call audible

 

During kicking plays:

A button: Power meter (tap for accuracy, hold for power)
