Virus: The Battlefield is a battle card game released for the PlayStation on April 8, 1998, developed and published by Polygram. Based on the Virus Buster Serge anime series, the game is set in the futuristic city of Neo Hong Kong, where man and machine coexist but are threatened by a virus entity taking over machines. Players take on the role of Serge Train, a member of the counter Virus organization STAND, alongside other characters like Erika Tinen, Jouichirou, Mirei, Macus Alexander Bogard, Raven, and Donna. The game features various modes including Normal mode, 1p vs computer, and 1p vs 2p, where players engage in card battles against enemies.
