Project Horned Owl is a rail shooter video game developed by Alfa System and published by Sony Computer Entertainment. It was released on August 9, 1996, for the PlayStation console. In the game, players assume the role of a member of an elite military force known as the Special Task Force Horned Owl.

Their mission is to thwart the plans of a terrorist organization called the Calisto Liberation Front.Project Horned Owl features gameplay where players control a combat mech called the Horned Owl as it automatically moves along a predetermined path. Players must aim and shoot at enemies while dodging incoming attacks and obstacles. The game offers various weapons and power-ups to help players overcome increasingly challenging levels.
