Disruptor is a first-person shooter video game developed by Insomniac Games and published by Universal Interactive Studios for the Sony PlayStation. It was released in 1996 and marked the debut of Insomniac Games as a developer. The game features fast-paced gameplay, a variety of futuristic weapons, and a sci-fi storyline.

In Disruptor, players assume the role of a rookie operative named Jack Curtis, who is recruited by a secret government agency known as T.H.U.G. (Tactical Hazardous Units & Gadgets). Jack must undergo a series of training missions and then embark on various missions to combat a dangerous cult known as the Cult of the Dark One, which aims to unleash a powerful weapon of mass destruction.
