Goretooth

Goretooth is an Alligator that is a rare spawn in the large lakes of Nagrand. I HIGHLY recommend you make a macro for finding Goretooth, since the water will make it practically impossible to see him below it. A /target Goretooth will be simple enough and get the job done. Of course if you have the addon NPC Scan or another addon that tells you when a rare mob is around the macro will be obsolete. As far as finding an area to farm while you wait for Goretooth, really anywhere in the whole zone works.

I recommend farming the ogres in Nagrand for Mag'har Reputation (Horde Players) or Kurenai Reputation (Alliance Players) As with the other mobs, if you decide to farm while waiting for Goretooth every 10-15 minutes make sure to check every one of the large lakes to see if Goretooth spawned.
