Dragon Quest III: The Seeds of Salvation is a role-playing video game developed by Chunsoft and published by Enix (now Square Enix). It was first released in Japan in 1988 for the Nintendo Famicom, and later released in North America for the Game Boy Color in 2001 under the title Dragon Warrior III. The game is the third installment in the Dragon Quest series and features turn-based combat, a large open world to explore, and a variety of character classes to choose from. Players control a hero who sets out on a quest to save the world of Alefgard from the evil Demon Lord Baramos. The game was praised for its storyline, gameplay, and music, and is considered one of the best RPGs of all time.
