Gold Mine Locations around Empire City Guide
There are 18 Gold Mines that I would describe as in and around Empire City; which is the a large portion of the center of the map. In an effort to decrease how many pictures you have to load per page I have separated many of the Gold Mines into different locations such as this one.
As with almost all guides that you'll find on this website, click on any picture that you need to in order to enlarge it.
Gold Mine #21 Location
Gold Mine #21 - You can find this Gold Mine south of Empire City. Follow the river out of the southern part of the city and the Gold Mine will be near the posts holding the bridge up covered by some bushes.
Gold Mine #22 Location
Gold Mine #22 - This Gold Mine is found at the mouth of the River leading north out of Empire City. Instead of us traveling south to the end of the river like we did in #21 - this time we go north!
Gold Mine #23, #24, #25 Locations
Gold Mine #23, 24 and 25 - These Gold Mines are found at the end of the crevase by Empire City. Extremely easy to find and there are 3 here!
Gold Mine #26 Location
Gold Mine #26 - This Gold Mine is found up alongside the cliff side northeast of Empire City. You have to cross the bridge and then follow the cliffs around hugging the side of the mountain facing Empire City. When the path you're following ends you'll find a ledge you can jump up on and another and another until you're where I am in the screen shot.
Gold Mine #27 Location
Gold Mine #27 - This Gold Mine is found in the pass just north of Empire City leading to Piper Lake. It's tucked away in a corner relatively well hidden - use my picture if you need help locating it.
Gold Mine #28 Location
Gold Mine #28 - You can find this Gold Mine in the path leading down from the canyon into the Piper Lake area. It's alongside the path under a tree
Gold Mine #29 Location
Gold Mine #29 - You can find this Gold Mine almost in Piper Lake. It's very well hidden and you won't see it until you're almost on top of it.
Gold Mine #30 Location
Gold Mine #30 - This Gold Mine is found north of #29 along a raised ledge.
Gold Mine #31 Location
Gold Mine #31 - This Gold Mine is found north still of #29 and #30 - found underneath a flowing Waterfall
Gold Mine #32 Location
Gold Mine #32 - This Gold Mine is found at the northern end of the 3 way split of River Canyon, the western most canyon on the map. You have to cross a bridge in order to reach this Gold Mine.
Gold Mine #33 Location
Gold Mine #33 - You can find this Gold Mine underneath the Camp of friendly bandits at the northern most back end of River Canyon.
Gold Mine #34 Location
Gold Mine #34 - Just south of #33 at the mouth of the river you'll find this Gold Mine
Gold Mine #35 Location
Gold Mine #35 - Further south of #33 and #32 you'll find this Gold Mine by following the river to its end
Gold Mine #36 Location
Gold Mine #36 - You'll find this Gold Mine all the way in the back of the area behind the Indian Hunter.
Gold Mine #37 Location
Gold Mine #37 - This Gold Mine is located on the outskirts of the maze like area in the Northern Rockies, which are located north of Piper Lake
Gold Mine #38 Location
Gold Mine #38 - This Gold Mine is found within the maze like area in the Northern Rockies.
Gold Mine #39 Location
Gold Mine #39 - To the east of Gold Mines #38 and #37 you'll find a rail road. Follow it a ways north until you have the town in sight and then turn around. You'll be able to go up a path that leads you to the top of the rail road overlooking the town like you see in my screen shot. This is where you'll find the Gold Mine.
