This quest begins by visiting the book store in the central portion of Novigrad in Hierarch Square and speaking with Marcus T.K Hodgson, the owner. He recognizes Geralt and tells you that someone dropped off a book with a red cover for him years ago. This begins your quest. For this quest you'll need to find the book titled My Manifesto - The Life of Jacques de Aldersberg on the third floor of the building (pictured below). Inside of this book you'll discover a letter for Geralt which, upon reading, completes the quest.
