Wine Wars: Belgaard - Toussaint (Blood and Wine)

This quest begins by accepting the notice off of The Cockatrice Inn Notice Board in Toussaint. For this quest you have to go north to the Plegmund's Bridge Signpost where you'll find Liam and Matilda arguing about who should receive ownership of the Belgaard Vineyards (pictured above).
Arriving at this location and speaking with these two will automatically complete this quest (for now). You should agree to help both of them as you'll receive a quest from each of them - both titled Wine Wars. These quests are listed below:
Wine Wars: Vermentino
Wine Wars: Coronata
The way the Wine Wars quests work is pretty annoying/confusing; what you should do is start both quests but do not turn them in that way you can unlock Wine Wars: The Deus in the Machina quest as well as the Wine Wars: Consorting Quest. You have to complete specific tasks in both the Vermentino and Coronata quests to unlock The Deus in the Machina quest.
Once you've unlocked the Deus in the Machina quest you will want to put all other Wine Wars quests on hold and complete that one. Completing The Deus in the Machina will convince Liam and Matilda to work together which will combine the Vermentino and Coronata quests into one, Wine Wars: Consorting.
Wine Wars: Belgaard (Part 2) - Level 39 Quest (pictured below)
As it says above, this part of the guide is for Wine Wars: Belgaard (Part 2). You'll be able to accept this quest after completing Wine Wars: Consorting which is the quest you receive after completing Wine Wars: The Deus in the Machina. If you're confused I don't blame you, read both of those guides for more information. This is a really long and messy chain of quests.
For this quest you will need to accomplish 5 tasks for Liam and Matilda, they're very basic tasks just like the previous Consorting quest. Once you're done return to Liam and Matilda and speak with them to update the quest. If you completed the Wine Wars: The Deus in the Machina quest then your final objective will be "wait 3 days then speak with Liam and Matilda again". You can either Meditate nearby or return in 3 days, after which Liam and Matilda will ask you to name a wine which they created (pictured below).
To receive the best reward/wine from this quest be sure to accept option #2, Butcher of Blaviken. The other two wines will regen vitality for 5 seconds, Butcher of Blaviken for 10 seconds.
Every 5 days more wine will be delivered to your manor at Corvo Blanco that you can pick up if you'd like. Another thing worth mentioning is all of the wine sells for the same amount, aside from the extended vitality regeneration for the Butcher of Blaviken wine, there is no more differences between them.
