Pandemona Card - FF8 Guide

The Pandemona Card is obtained by playing the Balamb Town Hotel Owner any time on Disc 2 or 3 (after you chase Galbadia out of Balamb Town). You'll find the Hotel Owner standing outside of the hotel, he's not the lady behind the counter. Use my screenshot above for better guidance locating him.

If you don't get the Pandemona Card during Disc 2 or 3 then your only other opportunity to get it will be on Disc 4. If you complete the Card Club Side Quest prior to Disc 4 then you can play them on the Lunar Base and win this Rare Card as well as many others.

You can Card Mod the Pandemona Card into 100 Windmills which have a variety of uses. The first is, Rinoa's Ultimate Weapon the Shooting Star <Add Link> requires 2 of them. Second and more commonly you can also refine these into Tornado Magic, which is some of the most powerful magic to Junction to your characters.
