Shiva Card - FF8 Guide

The Shiva Card is obtained from Zone during Disc 3 when you visit the White SeeD Ship. In order for him to give you the Shiva Card you'll first need to have obtained the Girl Next Door Magazine earlier in the game from the Timber Maniacs building in Timber.

If you missed the Girl Next Door Magazine earlier in the game or missed Zone on Disc 3 then the only other way to get this card is by completing the Card Club Side Quest and playing them during Disc 4 while you're on the Ragnarok.

You can Card Mod the Shiva Card into 100 North Wind items which you then can use (I Mag-RF) on to turn into Blizzaga Magic. That's basically the only use of this item and all you'll get for Card Modding the Shiva Card. You'll have plenty of Northern Wind left over when you're done this.
