It's used in Baking to make some of the best stat food in the game, Kunark Meat Pie. You'll find this item as a drop from almost any Basilisk type of enemy in the Ring of Scale expansion pack. Gorowyn, Veeshan's Peak and Skyfire Mountains all have Basilisk enemies.
