Lacertilia Meat is one of the many different Tradeskill items that was added into the game during the Ring of Scale expansion pack. It's used in Baking to make some of the best stat food in the game, Kunark Meat Pie. You'll find this item as a drop from almost any Drake type of enemy in the Ring of Scale expansion pack. Gorowyn, Veeshan's Peak and Skyfire Mountains all have Basilisk enemies.
