Beast: Weapon Rune Word - Diablo 2

Beast Rune Word is 'supposed' to be a Druid specific Rune Word made for Shapeshifting builds but is more commonly used by Necromancers who are Summoning builds. Any class can benefit from the +3 to Werebear and +3 to Lycanthropy since it'll grant you those skills if you do not already have them.

Fanaticism Aura is the biggest benefit from using this Rune Word since it is one of the most powerful Auras in the entire game and it's the primary reason Necromancers use the Rune Word. Every Minion the Necromancer has will benefit from the Fanaticism Aura which will be a giant boost in overall DPS.

Keep in mind that all Rune Words you create will retain any pre-existing bonuses found on the item. If you find a 'Superior' piece of armor with +Enhanced Defense, a Superior Weapon with +Enhanced Damage or a Helm/Weapon that has +Skill bonuses for a certain class, all of these will remain on the final Rune Word that is created. Farming High Runes: Out of all locations in the game one stands above the rest for farming specifically High Runes, the Countess during Act 1.
