Utgarde Pinnacle Instance Guide
  
Utgarde Pinnacle is the hardest instance located within Utgarde Keep. Utgarde Pinnacle has one of the easiest first bosses of any instance. There are two things you should keep in mind while running this instance. One, The second boss of this instance, Gortok Palehoof is easily missable and two, the Third boss is a pain in the ass. The third boss, Skadi the Ruthless has a chance to drop the Reins of a rare Blue Proto-drake.
Svala Sorrowgrave: 315,000 - 431,392
Normal Strategy: Only thing this boss does is at certain points in the fight she'll fly up into the air and put a person on her altar. Then she summons 3 weak enemies that hold the person in place with a purple beam. You have to kill all 3 of these wraiths to free the person before the sword comes down on the person and inflicts damage.
Heroic Strategy: Same as Normal.

Normal Strategy: On normal this boss activates two adds, then you kill him. He's a simple tank and spank.
Heroic Strategy: On Heroic this boss activates all four adds, then you kill him. He's a simple tank and spank.

Skadi the Ruthless: 252,000 - 431,392
Normal Strategy: When you approach Skadi and his dragon they will fly up into the air and start a Gauntlet style event. Waves of enemies will run at you and fill the path up. Run at them and collect about half of them, kill them all then move up and collect the other half. Be sure to kill the Harpooner's because they drop the Harpoons that you need to shoot at the dragon, via the harpoon guns at the end of the path.
Once you fire enough harpoons at the dragon it will die and Skadi will unmount. Pick Skadi up quickly and tank him. The only move he does thats note able is a whirlwind attack which hurts.
Heroic Strategy: Same as normal. Just A lot harder.

Normal Strategy: Ymiron casts bane, which will damage everyone who hits him while its up, also every 20% he will run to a random boat and gain a new ability.
Heroic Strategy: Ymiron casts bane, which will damage everyone who hits him while its up, also every 20% he will run to a random boat and gain a new ability.
