Utgarde Keep
On The Rocks: Defeat Prince Keleseth in Utgarde Keep on Heroic Difficulty without shattering any Frost Tombs. During the fight Keleseth will tomb certain people. This achievement is pretty easy, just go ape shit DPS on Keleseth. For more information on Utgarde Keep and this encounter click here.
The Nexus
Split Personality: Defeat Grand Magus Telestra in The Nexus on Heroic Difficulty after having killed her images within 5 seconds of each other during both splits. It's very simple, just kill her "split" adds within 5 seconds of each other. Make sure everyone in the group knows your intention otherwise some dip shit will fuck it up.
Intense Cold: Defeat Keristrasza in The Nexus on Heroic Difficulty without allowing Intense Cold to reach more then two stacks. Intense Cold is a debuff that Keristraza uses. It will stack on you every 2-3 seconds. To remove this buff you will need to constantly keep moving/jumping. That parts easy, the only other thing is Keristraza uses Crystal Chains which will root you in place for up to 10 seconds.
Your best bet is to trinket the Crystal Chains, or trust someone to quickly dispell it.

Azjol-Nerub
Watch Him Die: Defeat Kirik'thir the Gatewatcher in Azjol-Nerub on Heroic Difficulty while Watcher Gashra, Watcher Narji and Watcher Silithik are still alive. For this achievement you're going to need a tank that doesn't suck, a healer that doesn't suck and DPS that don't suck. It's been done with many different types of Tanks and Healers, so you don't need any specific class to do this
There are two ways people have done this, Zerg the boss down and have the tank pop Shield Wall, Divine Protection or Icebound Fortitude and everything else he has. This tank will tank everything but the boss. Another tank will tank the boss. Another Method is kill all of the adds, aside from the 3 watchers and then zerg down the boss. Hadronox Denied: Defeat Hadronox in Azjol-Nerub on Heroic Difficulty before he webs the top doors and prevents more creatures from spawning. This achievement requires you to reset the encounter by some means, then kill Hadronox. There are many ways to do this achievement. To see what has worked for others click here and read the comments.
Gotta Go!: Defeat Anub'arak in Azjol-Nerub on Heroic Difficulty in 4 minutes or less. This achievement requires massive amounts of DPS. The easiest group that has been reported to do this is Tank, Healer, Mage, Mage, Elemental Shaman. As time goes on and everyone gets better gear this achievement will become easier and easier.
Ahn'kahet: The Old Kingdom
The Party's Over: Defeat Prince Taldaram in Ahn'kahet on Heroic Difficulty with less then 5 people. This achievement is probably one of the easiest Heroic Achievements to do. Just bring 4 really good people.
Ahn'kahet Old Kingdom Instance Guide
Volazj's Quick Demise: Defeat Herald Volazj in Ahn'kahet on Heroic Difficulty in 2 minutes or less. This achievement almost requires you to have a Protection Warrior to Spell Reflect Volazj's Mind Flays and a Melee DPS heavy group. It's also important that the Healer goes a different spec during this encounter, but still be able to heal. Trying to burn down a healer's shade during this fight is a serious pain in the ass.

Ahn'kahet Old Kingdom Instance Guide
Respect Your Elders: Defeat Elder Nadox in Ahn'kahet on Heroic Difficulty without killing any Ahn'kahet Guardians. The only way to do this achievement is to pull Elder Nadox away from where the Guardians spawn. You can't pull him too far, however otherwise he will enrage and kill everyone. Have someone tank the Guardians at the opposite side of the room from Nadox and burn Nadox.

Volunteer Work: Defeat Jedoga Shadowseeker in Ahn'kahet on Heroic Difficulty without killing any Twilight Volunteers. This is a very difficult achievement to get. You're required to focus all of your DPS on Jedoga and completely ignore the adds. People say that you'll need a warrior and possibly a Rogue for this achievement, to disarm Jedoga when she starts hitting for too much. Balls to the wall DPS and good Parry/Dodge on your tank will get you this achievement.

Drak'tharon Keep
Consumption Junction: Defeat Trollgore in Drak'Tharon Keep on Heroic Difficulty before Consume reaches ten stacks. Trollgore will cast Consume every 15 seconds. Everything within range that he hits with it (Players, adds, pets, Bloodworms, Trents, your mother) will add a stack to him. Every 30 seconds adds spawn at the top of the stairs and run down towards Trollgore. They have very low HP, roughly 2k. Kill the adds and burn Trollgore, it won't be a hard achievement.
Drak'tharon Keep Instance Guide
Better Off Dred: Engage King Dred in Drak'Tharon Keep on Heroic Difficulty and slay 6 Drakkari Gutrippers or Drakkari Scytheclaws during his defeat. This is fairly simple in the area where King Dred walks around, round up 6 of the extra raptors and kill them while you're fighting King Dred.

Oh Novos!: Defeat Novos the Summoner in Drak'Tharon Keep on Heroic Difficulty without allowing any undead minions to reach the floor. There is a staircase leading down into Novos's room that will have undead come from it. In addition undead will also come into the room from where you entered. Have people standing on both areas and don't let the undead reach the "lowered" area where Novos is standing. If you can do that, you're golden.
Drak'tharon Keep Instance Guide
Violet Hold
Defenseless: Defeat Cyanigosa in The Violet Hold without using Defense Control Crystals and with Prison Seal Integrity at 100% while in Heroic Difficulty. This achievement is probably one of the easiest heroic achievements to get. There are little levers all around the zone that you can pull to kill mobs at the door. Don't pull any of these and don't let the door get below 100%.
Lockdown: Defeat Xevozz, Lavathor, Ichoron, Zuramat, Erekem and Moragg on heroic difficulty. You'll have to run Heroic Violet Hold quite a few times to get this achievement, but it won't be too hard.
Dehydration: Defeat Ichoron in Violet Hold without allowing any Ichor Globules to merge with him. This achievement will require an intelligent tank that can dodge mobs and intelligent DPS to kill all of the adds quickly. Of course it will take a little bit of luck as well.
A Void Dance: Defeat Zuramat the Obliterator in The Violet Hold on Heroic Difficulty without killing any void sentries. This achievement is fairly easy to get. Burn Zuramat as fast as possible, without killing any of the Void Sentries. If anyone in the group has an AoE ability, make sure to tell them to click off the buff that allows them to see the Void Sentries so they don't accidentally kill one. Also if you have a Paladin make sure he puts on Shadow Resist Aura, or a Priest to do Shadow Resistance Buff.
Gun'drak
What The Eck: Defeat Gal'darah on Heroic Difficulty while under the effects of Eck Residue. Fairly simple, Eck is an optional boss that is only available during Heroic Gundrak. When you kill him he gives you a debuff that lasts for an hour called Eck Residue. Once you have this buff all you need to do is kill Gal'darah. If you die the debuff will go away.
Share The Love: Defeat Gal'darah on Heroic Difficulty and have 5 unique party members impaled throughout the fight. This achievement is time consuming and is really about your groups durability. Everyone in your group has to be impaled before you kill Gal'darah. After everyone gets impaled then you're safe to kill him for the achievement.
Less-rabi: Defeat Moorabi in Gundrak on Heroic Difficulty while preventing him from transforming into a mammoth at any point during the encounter. The only fool proof method proven to work during this fight is bringing a shaman with 5/5 Reverberation. Have him sit back and spam Earth Shock the whole fight. You'll also need a lot of DPS for this fight, just burn your ass off and pray that you pull it off.

Halls of Stone
Good Grief: Defeat the Maiden of Grief in the Halls of Stone on Heroic Difficulty in 1 minute or less. Easy achievement, have a PvP Trinket or something on you that can break the Incapacitate. Other than that, it's a very simple DPS race.
Abuse the Ooze: Kill Sjonnir the Ironshaper in the Halls of Stone on Heroic Difficulty and kill 5 Iron Sludges during the encounter. Sjonnir will start to spawn oozes at 50% HP. Kill all the oozes but allow two to reach Sjonnir at a time and form into Iron Oozes. THE NORMAL CUTE CUDLY OOZES DON'T COUNT, THEY HAVE TO CHANGE INTO IRON OOZES. Ahem, with caps lock aside, once they form into Iron Oozes quickly burst them down and allow two more to form. Continue this until you've killed all of the Oozes you need for your achievement, then kill Sjonnir.
Also, it might be worth while to know that Sjonnir will stop spawning Oozes at 25%, so don't DPS him below 25% if you plan to get this achievement.
Brann Spankin' New: Defeat the Tribunal of Ages encounter in the Halls of Stone on Heroic Difficulty without allowing Brann Bronzebeard to take any damage. Have the whole group stand on the stairs and don't let anything run by you and get into the room. Pretty basic achievement.
Halls of Lightning
Timely Death: Defeat Loken in the Halls of Lightning on Heroic Difficulty in 2 minutes or less. This is a fairly easy damage burst achievement. Bring good DPS, pop cooldowns and this shouldn't be a problem. For more information on this encounter and this instance click here.
Halls of Lightning Instance Guide
Lightning Struck: Defeat General Bjarngrim in the Halls of Lightning on Heroic Difficulty while he has a Temporary Electrical Charge. You must pull General Bjarngrim while he is electrically charged. If he loses his charge during the battle, you will still get the achievement. On certain platforms he will gain a charge and on other platforms he will lose his charge.

Shatter Resistance: Defeat Volkhan in The Halls of Lightning on Heroic Difficulty without allowing him to shatter more then 4 Brittle Golems. Very easy achievement to do, focus on the boss and just burn him down. Usually even with a crappy geared group he will only have time to do two shatters.

The Culling of Time: Defeat the Infinite Corrupter in The Culling of Stratholme on Heroic Difficulty. When you start the Culling of Stratholme encounter on heroic you'll notice a timer that pops up. Utgarde Pinnacle
The Incredible Hulk: Force Svala Sorrowgrave to kill a Scourge Hulk on Heroic Difficulty in Utgarde Pinnacle. This achievement is super easy. Pull a Scourge Hulk from nearby and attack him until he has roughly a little below 9k HP. Now when Svala floats up into the air and does her sacrifice ability pull the hulk under her, on the little platform and force him to get hit by it. Bam, done! Utgarde Pinnalce Instance Guide
Lodi Dodi We Loves the Skadi: Defeat Skadi the Ruthless in Utgarde Pinnacle within 3 minutes of starting the Gauntlet Event. Very easy achievement. Once you start the event pull everything down to the end of the Gauntlet, have everyone grab spears and launch them at Skadi. It will take you roughly a minute, to a minute and a half to get him down. Once he is down blow him up.

My Girl Loves to Skadi All the Time: Defeat Skadi the Ruthless in Utgarde Pinnacle on Heroic Difficulty after having killed Grauf from 100% to dead in a single pass. Grauf is Skadi's proto-drake. All you need to do is load at least two people up with Harpoons. Once Skadi stops and you can fire at him, fire away to bring him down. After that it's as simple as killing him.

King's Bane: Defeat King Ymiron on Heroic Difficulty without anyone in the party triggering Bane. You can do this one of two ways. Blow him up so he can't cast bane at all, or stop attacking him when he does start to cast bane. Either way this achievement isn't difficult to get.

The Oculus
Experience Drake Rider: On 3 different visits to The Oculus get credit for defeating Ley-Guardian Eregos while riding an Amber, Emerald and Ruby Drake on Heroic Difficulty. It's a simple achievement to get, you have to be on the Amber, Emerald and Ruby drake when Eregos dies. It will take at least 3 times of doing this instance to get this achievement. Make It Count: Defeat Ley-Guardian Eregos in The Oculus on Heroic Difficulty within 20 minutes of Drakos the Interrogator's Death. This achievement can be a pain in the ass. The only way you can easily pull it off is by having everyone in half way decent gear and knowing what they're doing.
Ruby Void: Defeat Ley-Guardian Eregos in Heroic Difficulty without anyone in the party using a Ruby Drake. Self Explanatory.
Emerald Void: Defeat Ley-Guardian Eregos in Heroic Difficulty without anyone in the party using a Emerald Drake. Self Explanatory.
Amber Void: Defeat Ley-Guardian Eregos in Heroic Difficulty without anyone in the party using a Amber Drake. Self Explanatory.
Trail of the Champion
Argent Confessor: On seperate visits to the Trial of the Champion, get credit for defeating Argent Confessor Paletress after supressing five different memories of the past. Really what this achievement is saying is, kill Argent Confessor Paletress and 5 different "memories" that she summons around 20% life.
The Faceroller: Kill Eadric the Pure with his own hammer. Eadric the Pure will target a random person occasionally throughout the fight and stun them with Hammer of Justice. He will then throw his hammer at the player. It does 16k damage. That player will need to spell reflect the hammer back to Eadric to kill him. Mages and Warriors are prime canidates for this.
I've Had Worse: Defeat the Black Knight in the Trail of the Champion on Heroic Difficulty without any player in the group being hit by a Ghoul Explosion. It is exactly how it sounds. You only have to worry about explosions at the end of phase 1 and 2. Have everyone stay the frig away from the ghouls when they get a large red arrow of their head and you're good.
The Forge of Souls
Soul Power: Defeat Bronjahm in the Forge of Souls on Heroic Difficulty with at least 4 Corrupted Soul Fragments alive. Below is the strategy many people have gotten to work before for this achievement
Kite Bronjahm out of his room and towards the entrance of the instance (where you came from). Don't get him too far away from his platform and make sure he stays around 40% HP. Wait for him to summon 4 Corrupt Soul Fragments (every 30seconds or so he will summon one).
Have a DK use Chains of Ice on all of them and or a Warrior Piercing Howl them. Either works great. Once he summons 4 of them drag him back into his room and burn him down.
Three Faced: Defeat the Devourer of Souls in the Forge of Souls on Heroic Difficulty without him successfully casting Phantom Blast. This achievement is pretty darn easy. Every 6 seconds or so the Devourer of Souls will try to cast Phantom Blast. Have two melee switch back and forth constantly interrupting it the whole fight.
The Pit of Saron
Doesn't Go to Eleven: Defeat Forgemaster Garfrost in The Pit of Saron on Heroic Difficulty before any player gets 11 stacks of Permafrost. Below are three ways players have been reported to get this achievement.
- Have everyone actually listen and get behind the boulder when they get around 8 stacks (lol yeah right)
- Have a Paladin use Frost Resistance Aura and get lucky with resisting a stack
- Have everyone stack up and a Priest spam Mass Dispell over the group.
Don't Look Up: Clear the hallway before Scourgelord Tyrannus in The Pit of Saron on Heroic Difficulty without anyone taking icicle damage on the first try. If you have an intelligent non-retarded group this achievement is super easy. What you need to do is make it through the tunnel right before Scourgelord Tyrannus without ANYONE taking icicle damage.
The easiest way to do this achievement is to have everyone run to the center of the tunnel (Where the earth elemental is). Stack up there and kill all the mobs you pulled getting there. After you've killed all of them, rest up and continue through the tunnel.
Halls of Reflection
We're Not Retreating; We're Advancing in a Different Direction.: Escape from the Lich King in under 6 minutes. The final stage in Halls of Reflection, complete it in under 6 minutes. The timer starts when you talk to Lady Sylvanas.
