Doomsayer Jurim

Doomsayer Jurim is a Draenei that walks along 3 different paths of Terokkar Forest. There really is nothing for you to farm while waiting for this guy, also since he walks along the paths you won't even need a macro for him. The downside of this, is since he walks along the paths that makes him easy game for other players.

While waiting for Doomsayer Jurim to spawn feel free to farm anything by any of the paths. The most convient place to farm would probably be Tuurem since you're close to two spawning locations. As with every other rare mob, check each path every 10 - 15 minutes.
