Killer Instinct is a fighting video game developed by Rare and published by Midway and Nintendo. It was first released in arcades in 1994 and later for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1995. Stage and Music Select

On the Character Select Screen Hold Up or Down along with the buttons as shown below. When you press the button it will also choose your character so be sure you've got the character you want highlighted. During 2 player mode the first person to pick their character chooses the stage. Player 2 gets to pick the music.

Bloody Arens: D+Y

Canyon Bridge: D+L

Castle Roof: U+R

City Roof: U+B

City Street: D+R

Desert Roof: U+A

Factory: D+A

Fireplace: D+B

Ice Sculpture: U+X

Ice Temple: U+L

Lava Pit: D+X

Skull Room: U+Y

Sky Rooftop: D+B (MUST be on BOTH controllers)

 

Various Codes

Slow Speed: Hold Left + R + A + B on the Vs. Screen (Both controllers if 2-Players)

Random Characters: When you are selecting characters hold Up and press Start.

Play as Eyedol: In either 1 Player Game, 2 Player Game, or Tournament Game, select Cinder. On the screen before the fight, hold Right and press L, R, X, B, Y, then A.

No Combo Breaker: Hold left then press b,a,b,a on the vs screen

Alternate Costumes: When selecting a character press: up or down.

Fast Speed: Hold Right + L + X + Y on the Vs. Screen (Both controllers if 2-Players)

Faster Speed: Hold Right + R + A + B on the Vs. Screen (Both controllers if 2-Players)

Fastest Speed: Hold Left + L + X + Y on the Vs. Screen (Both controllers if 2-Players)
