Bahamut Lagoon is a tactical role-playing game developed and published by Square for the Super Famicom (SNES) in Japan in February 1996. It was directed by Tetsuya Takahashi, who later became well-known for his work on the Xenogears and Xenosaga series. The game follows a group of dragon knights, who command dragon-like creatures called "Bahamuts" in battles against an empire seeking to revive a powerful dragon. It features turn-based battles on a grid-based battlefield, with the ability to customize and train your Bahamut creatures to improve their abilities and stats.

The game also includes branching dialogue choices and multiple endings based on the player's actions.Bahamut Lagoon was well-received by critics and is considered a cult classic, although it was never officially released outside of Japan.
