When your Extract Aether skill reaches 250 you will need too .... *Drum roll* fly higher up into the air! The 250 Shining Vortexs that you need are about equal level or right below the gate to The Abyss. Below is a map of where you can find all of the Shining Vortexs that require 250 to gather.
The final set of Shining Vortexs you will want to gather are above or equal level with the gate to The Abyss. Below is a list of all the 275 Shining Vortexs.
